My name servers won't update?

Do you get the message 'Invalid Name Servers' at the top of the screen when you redelegate your domain?

If so, there are a couple of things to check:

Are you delegating to name servers that are active hosts? If you’re delegating your domain, there’s a chance that your name servers have not been added to the registry yet.
If this happens, please notify us.

If you’re sure you have valid hosts, then check that you are typing the IP address correctly.

If our system still won’t accept your domain, it’s probably best to contact us so we can assist.
